With a surface of 58 square meters the Mata Hari Suite is one of the largest suites in the hotel. The suite has a view over the Amsterdam canals and the sparkling Leidseplein.
Ruud de Wild (DJ en artist) has personally created a daring suite. The text on the wall: "Won't you stay a little bit longer, please say you will" catches one's eye directly. This 'split level' suite is furnished perfectly for a beautiful stay in the Amsterdam American Hotel - Hampshire Eden. The room is equipped with two big Flatscreen 'ambilight' TV's.
Photographer Govert de Roos made the historic “Bed-in for Peace” picture with John Lennon and Yoko Ono during their honeymoon in Amsterdam.
